TNB Integrated Learning Solution (ILSAS) is conducting the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (PCMQOE) Programme.
The PCMQOE comprises 2 three full-day sessions of learning through pre and post tests, lectures, case studies, workshops, practice questions and reinforcement activities. The first and second session will be held at least not less than one week apart. A full‐day consisting of 6 contact hours is from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The subject contents of the programme are streamlined into 7 modules. An assignment will be given at the end of the first session.
