Close of Account Online is a new service in eApplication under the following category:

  1. Account under Individual name
  2. Account with Single/Three phase meter

Customers vacating their premise indefinitely such as moving out after selling their premise should close their electricity account. When customers close their electricity account, their premise electricity supply will be cut off and depending on cases, their electric meter will be removed. Until they do so, they are still liable for the electricity consumption and payment for that account.
