[IMPORTANT] Billing and CRM system upgrade
Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is in the process of upgrading the existing billing system to a new advance integrated system. This new system will allow customers to make multiple transactions and access relevant information online in an integrated portal.
During the process of transition to the new system, some users may receive their bills later than usual. Additionally, some users will receive estimated bills either by post or by hand through a meter reader. The estimated bill is determined by the system and the customer will be billed as usual once the transition is complete.
