Customers should request the Retailer to redo the transaction using the correct account number. The Retailer will contact MOL AccessPortal Sdn Bhd to cancel (void) the first transaction.
What is the validity period for complaints after a payment is made?
Complaints should be lodged to TNB within 6 months after the payment date
