To enhance its service, TNB communicates regularly with representatives of the community. It is also sensitive to the needs of those who are financially restricted and provides discounted rates to them so they are able to keep their premises electrified. Finally, as the leading electricity company, TNB supports the Government in promoting a vibrant SME industry for the power sector.
