TNB Capital (L) Ltd has made a cash tender offer for the US$107.55 million (US$1 = RM3.80) principal amount of Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s outstanding 7.2 per cent notes and the US$500 million principal amount of Tenaga’s outstanding 7.625 per cent notes, both due tomorrow. The tender offer will expire tomorrow at 5pm, NYC time, unless extended by TNB Capital. TNB Capital expected the settlement date on May 5, 2005.
