TNB is proud to announce the launch the TNB Care Line 15454! Y.B Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Keng Yaik, Minister of Energy, Water and Communications launched the Care Line at a ceremony conducted yesterday June 13, 2006 at the Hilton, Kuala Lumpur. The event was attended by Tan Sri Datuk Amar Leo Moggie, TNB Chairman, Tan Sri Dato’ Muhammad Radzi Mansor, CELCOM Chariman, Dato’ Che Khalib Mohamad Noh, President/Chief Executive Officer TNB, Datuk Abdul Wahid Omar, Chief Executive Officer Telekom Malaysia, Datuk Shazally Ramly, CELCOM Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Pian Sukro, Energy Commission Chairman, Vice Presidents of TNB, representatives from various states and departments from both companies as well as representatives from the media. The TNB CareLine is aimed at improving responsiveness and service to its customers. It is a toll-free number where you can always keep in touch with us. This service is an extension of our existing customer hotline that gives you more ways to reach us faster and easier 24 hours a day. Now you not only can call, but also sms us at 15454 to report breakdowns and faulty street lighting. At the moment, the TNB Careline is open to all Celcom 019, 013 and Digi 016 users throughout Peninsular Malaysia, depending on coverage of your telecommunications provider.
