Some advices to customers affected by floods:- 1) Please have the wiring connections inspected before restoring power supply. As a precaution, keep the main fuse boxes disconnected until they are certain that all wiring is safe. 2) All appliances must be completely dry before being switched on. Please do not touch any wiring with wet hands. 3) Customers should get help from contractors authorised by the Energy Commission to conduct wiring inspection. The list of contractors is available at TNB offices nearby. The cost of this inspection shall be borne by the customers. 4) Customers are advised to call or sms TNB CareLine 15454 to seek clarification on power supply during the flood.
