Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) once again became the biggest sponsor for Malaysian Hockey Federation (MHF) by sponsoring RM1mil for the fourth consecutive year since 2007. The MoU signing ceremony was held in TNB Head Quarters on Wednesday, 19 August 2009. TNB was represented by its President/Chief Executive Officer, Dato' Sri Che Khalib Mohammad Noh and Nor Zakiah Abdul Ghani, Company Secretary. MHF was represented by its Deputy President, Nur Azmi Ahmad. Also present were Datuk Sieh Kok Chi, Secretary, Olympic Council of Malaysia and MHF Secretary, Hashim Mohamad Yusof. Dato' Sri Che Khalib in his speech after the signing of the MoU, said that amongst the objectives of the sponsorship is, to support hockey development in our country and elevate the sport to world standards. This sponsorship is one of the many activities carried out by the Company to complement its Corporate Social Responsibility as a corporate company.
