Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dato' Lau Yin Pin @ Lau Yen Beng has resigned as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 September 2010.
Tan Sri Dato' Lau Yin Pin @ Lau Yen Beng, aged 60, was the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed LLN/TNB Board Member since 1988. He chaired the Board Audit Committee and was a member of the Tender Board Committee.
Tan Sri Dato' Lau Yin Pin has held several positions in the private sector, including a Certified Public Accountant in Lau & Co. and Business and Financial Consultant at Perunding Niaga Sdn. Bhd. as well as Board of YTL Power International Bhd. and Media Chinese International Limited.
