What to do when it happensPrint this pageTo report electricity supply disruptions, customers may contact the TNB Careline at 15454 by phone or through SMS. When TNB receives a power outage report, a report reference number will be given to the customer. TNB will investigate and restore power as soon as possible.
Minor breakdownsSupply restoration caused by minor breakdowns will be completed in no later than four (4) hours. Minor breakdowns refer to fuse damage at the customers’ premises or electricity poles that can be repaired by repair personnel. Major breakdownsSupply restoration caused by major breakdowns will be completed in no later than two (2) working days. Major |
