Local supplier/contractors must have valid registration with TNB to participate in TNB procurement activities and shall first register with our Procurement Division through online registration.

Registration requirements

Supply of Materials and Services

  • Valid certification with the Ministry of Finance


  • Valid certification with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK)
  • Valid certification with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)

Eligibility for participation in TNB procurement activities shall be based on the categories approved and stated in the certificate and any legislative requirement as stipulated in the tender document.


Processing Fee

The processing fee chargeable is RM50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Only) per submission which covers new registration, renewal and any updates, amendments or changes made to the vendor's information in TNB's vendor database. Payment shall be in cash and can be made at any Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan counter.
