TNB shall track, evaluate and monitor the performance of all suppliers/ contractors to ensure quality products and services are rendered to TNB.

Objective

The objectives of supplier/contractor evaluation are:

  • To help TNB in identifying competent and good performing suppliers based on suppliers category
  • To provide important information on suppliers performance in previous contracts during tender evaluation

Evaluation criteria

Suppliers/ contractors will be evaluated based on approved criteria as follows:-

  1. Price of material, works or services
  2. Quality of material, works or services
  3. Delivery time of material, works or services
  4. After sales service/ technical support
