a)Tenderers taking part in this tender shall be registered with the Treasury Department of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance and with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, under the following categories of contractors: 210102 and 210106.
210102- Small and Large Multi-User Systems and Services
210106- Networking Products and Services

b)Tenderer shall propose solutions that comply with ALL technical specifications (or of higher specifications) specified in this tender.

c) Tenderer taking part in this tender shall be fully supported and backed by their principal supplier (s) of software and hardware. Tenderers shall submit the Letter of Undertaking as attached in this Tender Document. Principal is to provide warranty of the proposed solution.

d)The Tenderer shall provide evidence that the company’s and/or JV’s current net worth is at minimum of RM80,000.00 (based on last financial year audited report).

e)The Tenderer shall declare that all information, specification, technical schedules, drawings, evidence and details provided to TNB are accurate.Failure will result in rejection of tender or award be revoked.

Payments for the tender document should be made in Cash / Bank Drafts / Cashier’s Order at the following time:-

Monday - Thursday8.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m
2.00 p.m - 5.00 p.m.
Friday8.00 a.m - 12.00 noon
2.30 p.m - 4.30 p.m.

Payments made are not refundable.

Tenderers are required to produce the original certificate of registration and photocopy with KK/PKK/TNB and CIDB when buying the tender documents.

Tenaga Nasional Berhad does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender nor to assign any reason for the rejection of any tender nor will it be responsible for any cost incurred by the tenderers.
