MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Tenderers shall possess adequate financial capability and experience and shall participate in site visit as follow :-

1) The total Shareholders’ Fund = Share Capital + Share Premium + Retained Earnings – Amounts Owing from Shareholders of the tenderer for the last year shall be positive and the total Net Worth of all partners, using the average value of latest two (2) years of audited balance sheet, shall be at least RM 300,000.00.

2) At least one (1) partner has successfully executed at least one contract as Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor, involving the design, erection and commissioning and associated civil works for at least one 110kV or higher underground cable, or at least 5 years experience in 33kV underground cable works with good track record in TNB Distribution Division projects.

3) Site visit is mandatory and will be held as follows:

4) Registration of attendance with TNB representative is mandatory. The site visit is open only to purchasers o Tender document only. Tenderer who participate in site visit shall provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn by his personnel who are attending the site visit.

5) Prior to purchase, the tender document can be inspected at the above address.
