  • Quality of light components e.g. burnt light bulb, damaged time-switch equipment etc.
  • Bad weather e.g. fallen trees
  • Third parties e.g. damaged underground cable, damaged poles due to road accidents etc.

 

To report on a faulty street lighting

You may go to Submit Feedback > Send To: Customer Service > Feedback Type: Street Light, where your report will be channeled directly to the TNB station concerned for further corrective action.
