Change in Boardroom - Encik Amir Hamzah bin Azizan

The Board with the concurrence of the Special Shareholder, Minister of Finance (Incorporated) ("MoF Inc.") approved the appointment of Encik Amir Hamzah bin Azizan as President/Chief Executive Officer of TNB for a period of three (3) years with effect from 2 April 2019 until 1 April 2022.
