Pelitawanis TNB Raises More Than RM1 Million for COVID-19 Relief Fund

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) staff contributed more than RM1 million to the Tabung Kilat COVID-19 PELITAWANIS, organised by the TNB Women’s Association (PELITAWANIS) to aid those who are affected by the pandemic.

The fund also received donations from TNB board of directors and LLN/TNB retirees. 

More than 80% of the funds were utilised to help the B40 community and orphanages, while the rest were used to aid the frontliners, nursing homes and students stranded at higher education institutions, said PELITAWANIS TNB President, Datin Seri Aidah Abu.
