Temporary Closure of All 125 Kedai Tenaga During The Malaysia Movement Control Order

From 20 March to 31 March 2020, All 125 Kedai Tenaga would be closed throughout the Malaysia Movement Control Order.

At this point of #MovementControlOrder, TNB will continue services as usual. We need everyone’s cooperation by following these steps:

Electrical supply interference

  • If you encounter any electrical supply interference, please contact 15454. The call line operates 24 hours.

Electricity Bill Checking

  • Register yourself at myTNB Portal mytnb.com.my or download the myTNB app to check and pay your bills.

Bill Payment

  • You can pay your bills through Express Payment myTNB Portal, myTNB app, Jom Pay, or any online banking.

Account Enquiries

  • For account enquiries, you can dial 1-300-88-5454 or email to [email protected], operating from Monday to Friday including public holiday (7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.), and Saturday and Sunday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Other services

  • Visit the myTNB Portal at www.mytnb.com.my for new supply service applications, supply service upgrades, account name changes and account closure.

For your information, disconnection of supply activities for outstanding user accounts will be temporarily terminated until further notice.
