TNB Botathon 2017
ICT Innovation Department has conducted its very first iCON Hackathon on 7th November 2017. Building on its momentum, we are embarking on a 2nd event, with the theme “Enhancing TNB Support Services using Chatbot” on 14-15th December 2017.
Chatbot is short for chat robot. It is a computer program mimics human conversation through voice commands and/or text chat.
Chatbot can serve as additional team members to the support team as it never sleep, are not tired of answering the same questions and performing repetitive tasks.
This way, customers get the immediacy of response and better experience while our support agents are freed up to do more complex and interesting work.
TNB Botathon is held to evaluate suitable platform for Chatbot development and for participants to showcase their capabilities. It is open to System Integrators registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
