TNB Supports Government Calls to Improve Financial Literacy

04/02/2020

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) takes heed of the government's call to improve the rakyat’s financial literacy through a financial management program by Persatuan Wanita TNB (PELITAWANIS) beginning Tuesday, January 28, 2020 in Kuala Lumpur.

In the two-day program organised by TNB in collaboration with the Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), 300 PELITAWANIS TNB members comprising female staff and wives of TNB staff gained valuable exposure to various aspects of financial management. This is in line with the implementation of the National Financial for Literacy Strategy 2019-2023 announced by the Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad in July last year.
