Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) today had completed the donation of a house under Project Baiti Jannati to Fatimah Binti Samsudin in Kampung Prik, Enggar, Perak. This year, TNB allocated nine Baiti Jannati houses in Perak. According to General Manager of State (Perak), TNB Distribution Division, Dato 'Haji Mohd Zahir Md. Nagor, in 2015, as many as 37 houses have been repaired since 2008, costing a total of RM1.132 million.
He added, in 2015 for the national level, as much as 228 houses have been repaired since 2007 at a cost of RM7.113 million. Mohd. Zahir also stressed that the Project Baiti Jannati is one of TNB's Corporate Responsibility program to build houses for the underprivileged such as people with disabilities, single mothers, the elderly and poor people living in rural areas.
The house was worth RM50, 000.00. In addition, several electrical equipment were given to Fatimah and family.
