Temporary Halting of Meter Reading Operations and Bill Rendering During Movement Control Order (MCO)

For the safety of our customers and employees during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, our meter reading operations and rendering of printed bills at customer premises are temporarily halted from 20 March 2020 until further notice.

  1. Bills issued from 20 March onwards will be estimated based on the previous month's consumption. For example, if the amount due for your previous month's bill is RM100, your latest bill will be estimated to RM100.
  2. Your bill will be adjusted once our meter reader takes the actual reading at your premises after the MCO period has ended (depending on the current situation).
  3. During the MCO period, printed bills will not be delivered to your premises. Get a copy of your latest bill via myTNB portal at www.mytnb.com.my or myTNB mobile app which can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
