Comprehensive Ethical Training

To achieve these standards, we have established a comprehensive training program on ethical behaviour. This program is aimed at fulfilling the requirements under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009, dealing with corporate liability. This training is seamlessly integrated into our annual Training & Communication Plan (TCP), which reaches:

Our goal is to provide ethical training at least once a year for all employees and contract staff, and at least once every three years for active vendors and contractors. Our training methods are versatile, including E-learning modules, awareness sessions, and seminars. We employ a mix of in-person and digital approaches to ensure that every individual's learning style is accommodated.

Monitoring and Improvement

Ensuring the effectiveness and progress of our ethical training program is a top priority. To this end, the Board Integrity Committee (BIC) is responsible to oversee the implementation and the effectiveness of the program. We continue to consolidate and collate data for continuous monitoring and improvement.
