2019: A Bright Year for Sepang Solar Power Plant

Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB) 50 megawatt (MW) large scale solar (LSS) project in Sepang, Selangor went through an encouraging first year of operation, generating more than 110,000 megawatt hour (MWh) of energy and maintaining a near perfect plant’s availability of 99 percent.

For the first operational year, the solar power plant (SPP) has surpassed its maximum annual energy declared to the off-taker (TNB) by 6%.
