60 Minutes of Darkness to Save Our Beloved Earth

We are counting down the day towards 23 March 2013.

TNB back on its pathway again, for the second time, supporting WWF - Malaysia on Earth Hour awareness campaign. The 28-day campaign will involve setting up booths at 28 Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan (PKP) from 4 - 22 March 2013 carrying the theme ‘I Will if You Will’.

This year’s campaign is aimed at creating fun and awareness for TNB customers whereby customers can post ‘promises’ on the pledge and survey leaflet. The pledge and survey leaflet will then be collected from the customers at the booth and analysed.

Earth Hour which started in 2007, is a global sustainabililty movement where people around the world switch off lights for one hour for the last Saturday of March each year. The earth hour campaign last year, attracted the participation of more than 50 million people across 35 countries as against 2.2 million when it began in Sydney, Australia.

Come, let us all support Earth Hour by switching off all electrical appliances on 23 March 2013 at 8.30 pm. I Will if You Will!
