TNB Strengthens Commitment to National Hockey, Unveils New Line-Up and Identity For 2026 Season

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) today announced the player line-up, new official jerseys, and the launch of a refreshed team identity for its main squad, TNB ThunderStars, in preparation for the TNB Malaysia Hockey League (TNB MHL) 2026. The launch ceremony was held at TNB Headquarters in Bangsar on 6 April 2026.

In his speech, TNB President/Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ir. Ts. Shamsul Ahmad, reaffirmed TNB’s unwavering commitment to strengthening national hockey development while pursuing continued competitive success.

“We are optimistic about delivering strong competition in the league and the TNB Cup. We are confident of replicating our double-title success from 2024. At the same time, TNB will continue to play a leading role in national hockey through sustainable youth talent development,” he said.

TNB has competed in every MHL season since 1987 without missing a single year and most recently clinched the league and TNB Cup double in 2024.
