TNB to Appeal against Decision of High Court

TNB has appealed against the initial decision of the High Court of 10th April 2014 to cite it for contempt.  TNB further intends to immediately appeal against today’s decision by High Court Johor Bahru to impose a fine of RM100,000.00 and have both the appeals heard by the Court of Appeal on an urgent basis.
