TNB’s 3rd BSI PAS 55-1:2008, 1st to the Distribution Division in Southeast Asia

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has received another British Standards Institution Certification Publicly Available Specification for Asset Management (BSI PAS 55-1:2008), this time through the Malacca TNB Distribution Division.

President / CEO of TNB, Y. Bhg. Datuk Seri Ir. Azman Mohd received the BSI PAS 55-1:2008 Certificate from the Chairman of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) in the United Kingdom, David McKeown during the Asia Pacific Regional Conference and Exhibition in Bali, Indonesia, last November 12.

Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Ir. Idris Haron presented the Certificate to the Distribution Division, Melacca TNB witnessed by Datuk Seri Ir. Azman Mohd in Malacca.

Ir. Azman said the PAS 55-1:2008 can ensure a systematic and structured activities and practices for optimal asset management, which includes performance, risks and expenditures over the life cycle in order to achieve the organization’s strategic plan.
