Azman’s Tenure as TNB’s CEO Extended For another Three Years

Datuk Seri Ir. Azman Mohd’s contract as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has been extended by another three years until June 30, 2018. The Board of Directors of TNB today announced Azman’s re-appointment after receiving the approval from the Prime Minister. The re-appointment will be effective July 1, 2015. Azman, 58, has been the CEO of TNB since July 1, 2012. He has been serving TNB for 36 years in various capacities. Under his stewardship, Azman has introduced sweeping changes through new initiatives such as 1TNB Transformation Programme which aimed at turning TNB into a Domestic and Regional Champion.
