Change in Boardroom - Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Bin Azizan

YBhg. Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah bin Azizan shall resign as the President/Chief Executive Officer of TNB with effect from 28 February 2021 following his acceptance of new appointment by Minister of Finance. He shall also relinquish his chairmanships/directorships in the respective subsidiaries within TNB Group of Companies.

The Board of Directors of TNB would like to express its appreciation to YBhg. Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah bin Azizan for his contribution to the Company.
