For your convenience to view and pay your bill(s) from the comfort of your home, we recommend you to use myTNB portal and app any time at your leisure:

• Payment Express at myTNB portal; enter your 12-digit account number to pay your bill.
• myTNB portal and app; add all your electricity account(s) to view bill(s) and pay for all your bill(s) at one go

Meanwhile, for account related inquiries at 1-300-88-5454, TNB CareLine operation hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. In the event of an electricity supply disruption, contact 15454 or report the incident on TNB CareLine Facebook page which operates 24 hours everyday.
