Sime Darby Property to Provide Smarter & Greener Homes Through Collaboration with TNB’s Subsidiary

Sime Darby Property, in cooperation with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is exploring Smart Green Home solutions for a residential development at its upcoming landed strata precinct, Elmina Grove at the City of Elmina in Shah Alam, Selangor. The development is expected to be launched at the end of this year.

Potential homeowners will move into a home powered by green energy, able to sell excess energy to TNB under the Net Energy Metering (NEM) scheme and manage energy smarter, through smart meter and home energy management systems.
