• The 30th Annual General Meeting (30th AGM) of Tenaga Nasional Berhad will be held on Tuesday, 30 June 2020 at 10.00 a.m., Fully Virtual Via Remote Participation And Voting (RPV) at the Broadcast Venue: Dewan Seminar, Kompleks Balai Islam An-Nur, Ibu Pejabat Tenaga Nasional Berhad, No. 129, Jalan Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
   
• This is in line with the Government’s announcement on 21 June 2020 allowing up to 250 individuals to be physically present at a meeting venue from 1 July 2020, provided the Standard Operating Procedure is followed strictly. 
   
• Please note there will be no vouchers/no souvenirs for shareholders/ proxies who participate in the fully virtual AGM
   
• NO SHAREHOLDERS from the public should be physically present or admitted at the Broadcast Venue on the day of AGM
