TNB Donates RM100,000 To Help Gunung Jerai Flood Victims

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), through Energy and Natural Resources Minister Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan, donated RM100,000 to the victims of the recent flash flood in Gunung Jerai, Kedah.

Takiyuddin, together with TNB President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ir. Baharin Din, handed the donation to Jerai MP, Sabri Azit at the Titi Hayun Disaster Operations Centre in Yan, Kedah on Saturday. 

Takiyuddin was in Yan for his first working visit as the Minister to inspect the landslide area caused by the flooding at Gunung Jerai on 18 August, and checking on TNB’s efforts in repairing the damaged electric supply infrastructure in the area.
