TNB's O-Bill delivered by Pos Malaysia

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has introduced O-Bill (Office billing) which will be delivered to customers by Pos Malaysia Berhad on alternate months with the Normal Bill (N) in between. This new service has been implemented in various areas in Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor and is one of the services introduced by Tenaga Nasional Berhad towards improving its customer services. Customers will be receiving O-Bill via post and the Normal Bill will be delivered by TNB Meter Readers every alternate month. Consumers are advised to settle their payment before the due date to avoid any service interruption.
