Electricity Supply Application Handbook (2nd Edition)

The Electricity Supply Application Handbook (ESAH) has been reviewed to suit the current environment, technology and continuous efforts to improve and provide a more effective and efficient service to customers. The first edition of Electricity Supply Application Handbook(ESAH) was introduced in June 2001. The ESAH 2nd Edition serves as a guide to the Supply Application, Connection and Metering Guidelines complete with application procedures, requirements, regulations and timelines which will ensure consistency and accuracy of the service provided. This handbook is one way to enable consumers, developers, consultants/engineers, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and all parties involved in the supply application processes to appreciate and understand with ease the procedures and requirements. The ESAH 2nd Edition will be applicable effective from 1 May 2007.
