TNB Ends RealRewards Programme

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) would like to announce that effective 1st December 2006, it will cease to participate in RealRewards loyalty programme. Following that, RealRewards points will no longer be awarded for electricity payment /prompt payment by TNB domestic and commercial customers. This move is in line with the review of TNB current business operations. TNB would like to take this opportunity to thank all valued customers for participating in the RealRewards loyalty programme. RealRewards allows TNB customers to earn points and redeem them for rewards upon paying their electricity bill. For the purpose of clarification, RealRewards members can still continue enjoying the RealRewards benefits for purchases made at other participating merchants. Any accumulated points awarded by TNB prior to 1st December 2006, can still be redeemed for rewards from RealRewards. For further clarification or information, customers are advised to call TNB at 1300 88 5454 (from 8am to 5pm). Once again, TNB would like to thank all customers who have participated in the RealRewards loyalty programme.
