Electricity Supply in 3 States Affected By Flood

Kuala Lumpur, Dec 4 - Following the heavy downpour resulting in floods in Terengganu, Pahang and Johor, TNB has taken steps to halt the electricity supply in some affected areas.
In Pahang, 1,072 substations providing electricity to 62,907 customers has been cut off temporarily.
While in Terengganu, as at 12 noon, the operations at Kemaman (Geliga) Main Intake Substation (PMU) was closed as a safety measure. In addition, 141 substations also stopped operations for the past 21 hours. Meanwhile, only a small number of customers are affected in Johor.
Below are the latest information for the three states as at 12 noon:
