Launching of Wisma TNB Seremban

25 Jan 2011 - Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) celebrates the opening of Wisma TNB Seremban, Negeri Sembilan in a ceremony officiated by Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Munawir. The building was constructed to provide the best possible service to TNB customers, in its ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction. In his welcoming remarks, TNB Chairman, Y. Bhg Tan Sri Leo Moggie said TNB remains committed to carrying out its responsibilities to contribute to the nation’s development, including in Negeri Sembilan. “This includes the successful development areas that are now growing rapidly in Negeri Sembilan such as Bandar Putra Nilai, Taman Perindustrian Senawang, Taman Perindustrian Tuanku Jaafar serta Bandar Enstek Nilai. Under the Program Bekalan Elektrik Luar Bandar (BELB), TNB has implemented 16 projects worth over RM7.3 million that will benefit a total of 165 houses in this country”, he said. In terms of electricity supply infrastructure, Tan Sri Leo Moggie said TNB has created new source of electricity through its 33kV network system to meet the ever-growing needs of load in the area of Seremban. “Through the establishment of TNB’s Main Distribution Substation (PPU) at Techpark and Senawang industry area, electricity supply system in the city of Seremban in particular, is more efficient and reliable”, he added.
