Meter Reading & Operation Hours of Kedai Tenaga During MCO

During the period of implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO), TNB services will operate as follows:

Kedai Tenaga

In states observing Sunday as the rest day: Operation Hours is 9 am until 4 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holiday)

In states observing Saturday as the rest day: Operation Hours is 9 am until 4 pm, Sunday to Thursday (except public holiday)

Self-Service Payment Kiosk

Operation Hours: 8.15 am until 8 pm, Daily (Kiosk room with separate entrance)

Meter Reading and Bill Rendering

Our meter reading and bill rendering operations at your homes and office premises will continue to as per usual, following the goverment's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
