Customers are allowed one transaction per day at only one station
If the receipt shows “transaction failed”, what should the customer do?
Customers must inform the Retailer to rectify and redo the transaction
What should the customer do if the account number was wrongly keyed-in by the Retailer when payment is made?
Customers should request the Retailer to redo the transaction using the correct account number. The Retailer will contact ePay Sdn Bhd to cancel (void) the first transaction.
What is the validity period for complaints after a payment is made?
Complaints should be lodged to TNB within 6 months after the payment date.
