Reopening of Kedai Tenaga in 5 States

After almost 7 weeks of the temporary closure of our Kedai Tenaga during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period in compliance with the government announcement, we are now ready to resume operations at 45 Kedai Tenaga and 29 self-service payment kiosk in 5 states namely, Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak (except Sri Manjung) and Kelantan, starting 12th of May 2020.

The Kedai Tenaga in other states will continue to be temporarily closed until further notice. Preparations are underway to comply with current regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the Government to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

In the meantime, customers can still access the following TNB services via:

  • Electricity supply interruption: Call 15454, Facebook TNB Careline
  • Viewing of bills: myTNB Portal and myTNB mobile app
  • Payment of bills: Digital payment channels via myTNB Portal, myTNB mobile app, JomPAY or Internet banking or cash payment at selected Pos Malaysia, 7- Eleven, 99 Speedmart, KK Mart, Felda D’Mart, Happy Mart, Kedai Mesra Petronas, Select Shell, Ejen Bank Berdaftar (EBB) Bank Simpanan Nasional.
  • Account-related enquiries: Call 1 300 88 5454, Email [email protected]
  • Other services such as new electricity supply application, upgrading/downgrading of supply, change of tenancy, closure of account: myTNB Portal

Setelah hampir tujuh minggu Kedai Tenaga ditutup buat sementara di sepanjang  tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) sebagai mematuhi arahan pihak kerajaan, kini kami telah bersedia untuk menyambung semula operasi  di 45 Kedai Tenaga dan 29 kios pembayaran layan diri di lima  negeri iaitu Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak (kecuali Sri Manjung) dan Kelantan, mulai 12 Mei 2020.

Kedai Tenaga di negeri-negeri lain akan terus ditutup sehingga dimaklumkan kelak. Persiapan sedang dilakukan bagi mematuhi peraturan terkini dan Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) yang ditetapkan oleh kerajaan untuk melindungi keselamatan pelanggan dan warga kerja TNB.

Sementara itu, pelanggan masih boleh mengakses perkhidmatan TNB melalui saluran-saluran berikut:

  • Gangguan bekalan elektrik: Hubungi 15454, Facebook TNB CareLine
  • Semakan bil: Portal myTNB dan aplikasi myTNB
  • Pembayaran bil: Saluran digital melaui portal myTNB, aplikasi myTNB, JomPAY atau perbankan Internet atau pembayaran secara tunai di Pos Malaysia terpilih, 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, KK Mart, Felda D’Mart, Happy Mart, Kedai Mesra Petronas, Select Shell, Ejen Bank Berdaftar (EBB) Bank Simpanan Nasional.
