During this Movement Control Order (MCO) period, our Kedai Tenaga outlets and self-service payment kiosk nationwide will be temporarily closed until further notice.

For account related inquiries, please contact us at 1-300-88-5454.  TNB CareLine operation hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. In the event of an electricity supply disruption, you can contact 15454 or report the incident on TNB CareLine Facebook page which operates 24 hours everyday.
