TNB - Recipient of Silver Award for the Best Video for Contact Centre

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is awarded the Silver Award for the Best Video for Contact Centre. The presentation of the Awards was held during the Gala Dinner on October 8, 2010 at the Sunway Resort Hotel, Petaling Jaya. The award was presented by Y.B. Dato’ Maznah Mazlan, Deputy Minister of Human Resources to Adelina Iskandar, Vice President (Corporate Affairs), TNB. The dinner was attended by approximately 1,000 CCAM members in the Contact Centre industry from various sectors including GLCs, corporation, private, banking, insurance and media. The award, in honour of the best Contact Centre in Malaysia, is to recognize:

Besides winning the Silver Award for the Best Video for Contact Centre, TNB has been shortlisted for the Best CRM Programme Implementation category.
