TNB restores power supply in flood-hit states

Power supply at all Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substations affected by the floods in Pahang, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan has been restored. “We have done everything possible to restore power in the flood-hit areas to help our customers with the cleaning up following one of the worst floods to hit the country,” said TNB President/Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh. TNB has advised customers in the flood-hit areas to stay clear of any TNB installation, avoid touching any cable or electricity wire to prevent accidents. Customers can call or sms TNB Careline 15454 to seek clarification and to find out the current status of power supply in their neighbourhood.
