Connection / Disconnection of supply

Once a customer has received a disconnection notice from TNB in their bill (Click here for sample), arrears in TNB bills must be paid no later than seven (7) working days from the date of notice issuance.

In the event of default payment as stated in the disconnection notice, disconnection of the supply will be effective after seven (7) working days from the date of notice issuance.

Your electricity supply will be reconnected on the same day if payment of all TNB bills in arrears are made before 1.00 pm. Payments must be made at the Customer Service Centre specified in the disconnection notice.

 

Supply will be reconnected within 24 - 48 hours if payment is made after 1.00 pm or at any one-stop payment centres other than at the Customer Service Centre specified in the notice.
